By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service below:

• Payments via PayPal ONLY.
• Prices are in USD.
• I only accept payments upfront.
• If no payment has taken place - cancellation is possible.
• A full refund will be granted if I am the party to cancel the commission for personal reasons.

COMMISSION PROCESS

• I will show W.I.P.s when I have done rough sketches (including changes), flat colours, lineart and finished products.
• A link to my commission queue will be provided for you to track your commission, if you feel the need to.
• If any delays happen that I am not able to work on certain days, I will tell you and resume work when possible. (emergencies, sick days, etc.)
• My T.A.T can vary upon commissions and I cannot guarantee the fastest work, although I usually work quickly: I ALWAYS communicate with my clients.
• Before starting, I will do a sketch and search for references for you to understand better/adjust as you wish.
• Requesting W.I.P pictures is permitted if held to a reasonable degree.
• English is NOT my first language and as such, I might struggle or misunderstand any details - PICTURE REFERENCES (POSES, BACKGROUNDS, ETC.) ARE VERY HELPFUL.

ADOPTS

• I may use the adopt as examples in references or in a portfolio.
• This character is yours to roleplay, write, imagine, draw and commission artwork of, etc.
• Once you have received the design you paid for, you may re-upload it anywhere you like, with credit to me on the image and/or in the description.
• Changes in appearance/gender/personality/names, etc. is fine as long as the design is still recognizable.

RIGHTS

• I WILL NOT accept commissions from anyone under the age of 18.
• By default, commissions are for personal use ONLY.
• The client may not profit from the finished piece in any form.
• Non-commercial uses such as uploading it to an online gallery (e.g. Furaffinity, Twitter) or printing for personal use IS permitted.
• I do not hold any rights to the characters portrayed unless they are a creation of mine originally, the rights of the characters will stay within the respective owners of those characters.
• I have the right to decline any commission that I am: uncomfortable with, feel is breaking my T.O.S, out of my skill-range or art pieces with too many restrictions.
